...Rivers and Streams Continue to Flow Swift and Cold... Cooler temperatures have reduced flows slightly on area streams and rivers, but the water continues to run very fast and cold. Later this week temperatures will rise again and this will accelerate snowmelt. This accelerated snowmelt will once again lead to higher flows on areas streams and rivers.
