...Thunderstorms with Gusty Winds this Afternoon... Thunderstorms have developed in western Nevada and northeast California this afternoon. Expect gusty winds of 40-50 mph with these storms that could cause reduced visibility on area roadways due to dust. Brief heavy rain, small hail and lightning can also be expected.
