Air Quality Alert issued August 29 at 10:44AM PDT by NWS

The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District has issued an Air Quality Alert starting on August 23, 2017, due to smoke impacts from the South Fork wildfire for San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Merced, Madera, and Fresno Counties. This Air Quality Alert is in effect until 430 PM. Exposure to particle pollution can cause serious health problems,
