...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM MDT FOR SOUTH CENTRAL MORGAN COUNTY... At 859 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain had moved east of Fort Morgan. The area just south and southwest of Fort Morgan received a quick inch to 1.5 inches of rain and is likely experiencing minor flooding.
