A couple tornadoes possible Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...A couple tornadoes will be possible through tonight within the outer bands of Hurricane Harvey. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 65 statute miles either side of a line from 70 miles southeast of Lake Charles LA to 30 miles southwest of Victoria TX.
