...SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT... At 936 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 7 miles east of Wiley to 10 miles south of John Martin Reservoir. Movement was southeast at 35 mph. Very heavy rain and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with these storms, along with the possibility of 1/2 inch hail.
