...Special Weather Statement... At 130 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles northwest of Whiting to 3 miles south of Mondamin. Movement was east at 25 mph. Local downpours of rain creating water over roads. Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with these storms.
