Record level flood levels continue on Shingle Creek near Campbell. The river levels have leveled off and a very slow decline is forecast into the weekend. Even with a slow receding of the waters, the river is expected to remain above Flood Stage into early next week. If any localized heavy rain develops over the basin area, then the rate of the river receding could slow down, or a temporary rise may resume.
