...THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL MOVE THROUGH PARTS OF CENTRAL KENTUCKY THIS MORNING... At 809 AM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located in a 20 mile wide band west of a line extending from 12 miles west of Cynthiana to 11 miles north of Springfield to 7 miles southwest of Elizabethtown. Movement was east at 45 mph.
