...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN PLUMAS AND NORTHWESTERN SIERRA COUNTIES UNTIL 530 PM PDT... At 448 PM PDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Quincy, moving northeast at 10 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph and dime size hail are possible with this storm.
