Bob Riddaway FRMetS has been elected the 7th President of the European Meteorological Society (EMS), succeeding Horst Böttger who had been steering the EMS activities since 2014. Bob was the Vice-President of the EMS from 2008 to 2015 and chaired the Editorial Board for the last 5 years.
