0.64 µm) and “Clean” Infrared Window (
10.3 µm) images
(above) showed the southward propagation of a pre-cold-frontal trough axis (
surface analyses) which appeared to enhance ongoing convection which then produced a weak tornado and damaging winds over parts of South Florida on 10 April 2018.
SPC storm reports are plotted on the GOES-16 images.
