Cool across Scandinavia Today Very warm across Iberia and across the Mediterranean. Lots of showers with a risk of thunder are forecast for Britain, France, The Low Countries and Germany. For Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltic States it will stay fine, mostly sunny and dry. Frequent heavy showers and thunderstorms will again affect Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and the Adriatic Region. These will also develop across Greece, Romania and the Ukraine. Turkey will be very warm and sunny. Much of Poland and Belarus will have a fine, dry day. Showers will affect northern parts of Russia. A very windy day to come across the central Mediterranean and up into the Aegean Sea.
Tuesday The hottest temperatures today will again be across Spain into Italy, Greece and Turkey. Sunny and dry again across Portugal and Spain and this extends eastward across the Balearics into the south of France into Sardinia. The rest of France along with England, The Low Countries, Germany and Poland will see frequent, heavy and thundery showers. Plenty of heavy showers and thunderstorms will also affect the Adriatic Region, The Balkans, Turkey and The Ukraine. Expect sunny spells and some late showers across parts of Italy. Sunny and very warm across Russia and The Baltic States. High pressure will keep it cooler but sunny and dry for Finland, Sweden and Norway. A windy day for the central Mediterranean.
