Sunday A dull, misty start to the morning across central and eastern parts of England and Scotland with some dense fog near eastern coasts. Through the morning this is expected to burn back to North Sea coasts as it turns sunnier and warm. Fine sunny across the west. A very warm afternoon to come with sunny spells. Most places will be dry but there is a chance of a few heavy, thundery showers near parts of Cornwall and north west England. Expect maximum temperatures of 18 to 24 Celsius.
Sunday night Any isolated showers should fade away this evening. Most places will have a fine evening with lots of warm sunshine to end the day. It continues dry across the country through the course of the night. More low cloud and mist may push back in across some eastern areas of England and Scotland. Expect minimums of 9 to 15 Celsius.
Monday Any mistiness and low cloud should clear quite readily with much of Britain to have a fine, warm, summer's day with lots of sunshine. More cloud is possible across the south west of England and Northern Ireland and here we could see a few heavy showers. In the evening there is the risk of a few heavy, possibly thundery showers across the far south otherwise it stays fine into the evening and night Expect top temperatures of 19 to 24 Celsius.
Tuesday It stays warm and becomes more humid today. Early mist will soon disperse from central and eastern parts of the United Kingdom. More cloud is expected to develop today along with the treat of some localised, heavy, thundery showers. A few thundery showers may rumble on through the evening before dying out. Overnight looks dry, warm and cloudy with lots of low cloud and mistiness. Expect top temperatures of 20 to 25 Celsius.
