Morning Call: Mostly dry - Rain in northwest, Dec 01 - 04:44

More cloud than recent days, mostly dry with the best sunshine in the southwest Good morning, It's frosty again in southern Ireland, much of Wales and southern England. Cloudier skies to the north have prevented temperatures falling too quickly overnight and so it is a milder start to the day here. Dry for most although there will be some spots of rain in the far northwest of Scotland.

Cloud tending to break elsewere with bright spells developing. These last into this afternoon with the best of any sunshine expected across southern Ireland, the far south of Wales and southwest England.
