* Until 1115 PM CST

* At 720 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated persistent and widespread
     moderate to heavy rain impacting the warning area. Radar estimates
     suggest that most of the warning area has received between one and
     three inches of rain since Midnight.
     Additional rainfall amounts of one to three inches are possible in
     the warning area.
