…A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 645 PM CDT FOR NORTHEASTERN JACKSON AND NORTHEASTERN DEKALB COUNTIES… At 603 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hollywood, or 9 miles northeast of Scottsboro, moving east at 35 mph.

     HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
     SOURCE…Radar indicated.
     IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include… Bridgeport, Henagar, Stevenson, Hollywood, Ider, Pisgah, Higdon, Rosalie, Bass and Flat Rock.

* At 554 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Skyline, or 11 miles north of Scottsboro, moving east at 55 mph.
