…A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM CDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN ELMORE…CENTRAL MACON AND SOUTH CENTRAL TALLAPOOSA COUNTIES… At 1058 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Milstead, moving northeast at 40 mph.

     HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
     SOURCE…Trained weather spotters.
     IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include… Tuskegee, Tallassee, Notasulga, Milstead, Shorter, Franklin, Liverpool, Liberty City, Reeves Airport, Lake Tuskegee, Tallapoosa City, Tuskegee National Forest, Victoryland, I 85 Rest Area, Uphapee Creek, Cross Keys and Moton Field Municipal Airport.
