Areas affected...Northeast TX

Concerning...Tornado Watch 175...

Valid 300034Z - 300130Z

The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 175 continues.

SUMMARY...Tornado threat continues with pre frontal supercells.
Otherwise, large hail and damaging winds are possible with forced
squall line.

DISCUSSION...Remnants of westward moving outflow, from compact
long-lived MCS that has advanced into AR, has oriented itself from
near GGG to northwest of TYR. Several supercells evolved in
proximity to this boundary which appears to have aided a few notable
tornadoes. Over the last half hour or so, linear convection along
the cold front has progressed into this activity and multiple storm
mergers are resulting in a complex frontal cluster from Hopkins
County to northwest Henderson County. With time supercell
characteristics may gradually become diffuse, though updrafts
encountering the remnant outflow continue to have the greater
tornado threat. Otherwise, hail/wind should be noted with with the
stronger forced convection.
