Some sunshine to come across the south west but generally a rather cloudy day with a few showers across western Scotland and Northern Ireland. A dry night with clear spells and a rural frost. Thursday 06/04/17 Breezy across northern areas today. Expect a dry day with sunny spells and some cloud across England and Wales, cloudier across Scotland and Northern Ireland with isolated showers. It stays dry across the country into the evening and night. Rather cold overnight with a risk of frost and fog patches for England and Wales. Highs of 10 to 14C.
Friday 07/04/17 A front brings rain in across northern parts of Scotland. The bulk of the United Kingdom will remain fair and dry under high pressure. Milder with a mix of sunnier spells and cloud. Patchy frost to form in the south overnight. Highs of 10 to 16C.
Saturday 08/04/17 Some rain to persist across northern Scotland. Dry and mild across the remainder of Britain with lots of sunshine across Wales and England. Cloudy across the northern half of Britain overnight with light rain. Clear and colder in the south with a risk of frost and fog patches. Highs of 11 to 17C.
Sunday 09/04/17 Colder across northern areas today but still very mild across England and Wales. An area of rain may track southward during the day. Showers across Scotland may turn wintry over the hills. Highs of 8 to 17C. Monday 10/04/17 Quite chilly today with an area of rain to affect Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England. Wales and the south will be fair and dry. Feeling colder in brisk north west winds. (low confidence) Expect highs of 8 to 11C.
