At 739 PM CDT, emergency management reported that roads in the Moores Mill area were closed due to flooding around the Flint River and Brier Fork. Specifically, Walker Lane at Billy Harbin Road is closed, and Moores Mill Road at Jacobs Farm Road is closed. Flooding near the Flint River will continue this evening, and darkness will make it more difficult to see flood waters. Additional rainfall is also possible tonight, which may cause the flooding to worsen.
