...Gusty Winds this Morning... Winds are gusting to 35 mph at Eielson AFB and over higher terrain at 5am this morning. These locally gusty winds will continue through noon today. Fairbanks could have winds gusts to 25 mph by mid-morning. Wind gusts are expected to decrease in the afternoon.
