Saturday Night An area of rain or showers may move northwards across more eastern areas of England and Scotland into Saturday night, perhaps with some locally heavy precipitation for a time. Elsewhere and drier and clearer intervals are forecast, but still with some showers feeding into more southern and western areas of the British Isles. A rather chilly night, lows 3C to 8C.
Sunday Into Sunday and low pressure is set to drift into the British Isles, from the west, during the course of the day and this will maintain a rather changeable but often unsettled weather pattern. More northern and eastern areas of the British Isles will again see fewer showers with some bright or sunny spells, but with focus on England, Wales and Ireland being at greatest risk of some heavy showers through the day and perhaps with local downpours in places too. Temperatures still on the cool-side of average, especially in any wet weather. Highs, 11C to 15C.
Monday Into next Monday and low pressure is set to dominate across England and Wales in particular with a risk of rain or showers at times, perhaps with some locally heavy showers through the afternoon. Potentially drier and brighter across Scotland and Ireland but even here some showers are possible. Winds mainly light and rather variable around the low pressure centred over the British Isles. Average temperatures, highs 11C to 16C.
