Morning Call: Dry, sunny spells - Scattered showers on hills, Jul 10 - 05:44

Dry with sunny spells, scattered showers on hills Good morning, Quite a cloudy morning across Scotland and Ireland as a weakening cold front slips southeastwards. There really isn't much rain activity left on this front but it should just produce a scattered shower this afternoon over the Pennines and perhaps the hills of Ireland. Behind the front conditions turn brighter and much fresher. Elsewhere it is a fine start to the day. Plenty of sunshine, although some clouds bubbling up. There is a risk of a shower over the hills of Wales and southeast England but this is a low risk.

Tonight is set to be dry with clear skies with any showers fading quickly. Simon Email me at simon.keeling@weatheronline.co.uk
