URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Severe Thunderstorm Watch Number 4 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 220 AM CST Thu Feb 7 2019 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of Northern Arkansas Far south-central Missouri Far eastern Oklahoma * Effective this Thursday morning from 220 AM until 800 AM CST. * Primary threats include... Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible A tornado or two possible SUMMARY...Fast-moving linear cluster should persist northeast along a stationary front. Strong to isolated severe wind gusts are the primary hazard. A brief tornado is also possible, particularly near and south of the front across northern Arkansas. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 45 statute miles either side of a line from 25 miles west northwest of Poteau OK to 40 miles east southeast of West Plains MO.
