URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED Tornado Watch Number 190 NWS Storm Prediction Center Norman OK 1015 PM CDT Sat May 18 2019 The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a * Tornado Watch for portions of Southeast Texas * Effective this Saturday night and Sunday morning from 1015 PM until 400 AM CDT. * Primary threats include... A couple tornadoes possible Isolated very large hail events to 2 inches in diameter possible Isolated damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible SUMMARY...A moist and unstable environment along with moderately strong winds through a deep layer will support a mix of supercells and bowing segments capable of all severe hazards, including a tornado risk. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 30 statute miles north and south of a line from 20 miles northwest of Huntsville TX to 80 miles east southeast of Lufkin TX.
