Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely Scattered large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible A tornado or two possible SUMMARY...Multiple corridors of storms will spread east/southeastward across the region this evening with damaging winds and severe hail the primary risks. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 60 statute miles north and south of a line from 5 miles northwest of Olathe KS to 40 miles north northeast of Peoria IL.
