Areas affected...Nebraska

Concerning...Severe Thunderstorm Watch 354...

Valid 110400Z - 110600Z

The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 354
continues.

SUMMARY...Severe threat will shift south across ww354.

DISCUSSION...Northern-Plains short-wave trough is beginning to dig
southeast across the Dakotas. This feature appears to be aiding a
convective complex that has matured over northern Nebraska. One
long-lived supercell anchors the southwestern flank of the MCS over
Thomas County where large hail has been noted at times. Latest radar
data suggests this activity is moving southeast at roughly 35kt,
suggesting leading edge of the convection should exit ww354 around
06z.

Trends will be monitored for possible ww across southern Nebraska.
