A few tornadoes likely SUMMARY...Hurricane Laura will approach the coast and make landfall tonight, with a very strong low-level wind field overspreading the region, accounting for the possibility of tornadoes through late tonight and the morning hours of Thursday. The tornado watch area is approximately along and 110 statute miles east and west of a line from 20 miles northeast of Natchitoches LA to 45 miles south southeast of Intracoastal City LA.
