* Until 945 PM CST

* At 653 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated a slow moving band of
     moderate to heavy rain imapcting the warning are. Radar estimates
     suggest that most of the warning area has received between one and
     three inches of rain since Midnight.
     Additional rainfall amounts of one to three inches are possible in
     the warning area.
