Morning Call: Rain in south - Drier north, Apr 24 - 07:18

Rain in the south, celaring east tonight, drier in the north Good morning, Becoming increasingly wet through southern Ireland and Wales this morning. This rain leaching into the Midlands and then into east Anglia as the morning progresses. The rain becomes patchy for a time in the Midlands and East Anglia before returning again into this afternoon and evening. Only a few spots of rain in the far south of England, but mostly dry here although with mist and fog on the coasts.

Showers in western Scotland this morning. Dry and bright in central and eastern Scotland as well as northern England. However, increasing cloud bringing some outbreaks of rain to northern England this afternoon and evening.
