A mostly dry day with some good sunny spells developing. Still feeling cold as the easterly winds persist. Good morning, A cloudy, murky start to the day for many with the brightest weather over Ireland and northern Wales. The cloud will break up as the day develops leaving sunny spells for most away from the eastern coasts of Scotland and England.
Eastern coasts will also see some drizzly rain persisting for much of the day while some showers may also develop over the southern coast of England too.
Winds will generally be light and from the northeast or east. High temperatures of 4 to 8C, though feeling colder in the easterly winds.
Have a great day!
Claire
