Morning Call: Eastern snow flurries - Cold for all, Feb 01 - 04:46

Snow flurries in the east and north, cold for all Good morning, Snow flurries continuing this evening across the eastern Midlands, parts of northeast England and East Anglia. These slowly fading as the morning progresses. Further west it will be drier but cloudy. Rain affects the far southeast with southern England becoming drier.

This afternoon sees snow flurries easing in the east although they could continue until evening. Further periods of snow in northwest Scotland, these affecting northern coasts too. Other areas are likely to be dry although rather cloudy in England and Wales. Some sunshine in southern Scotland and parts of Ireland.

The snow flurries fade tonight and then it is cold with broken cloud for many. Snow showers continue in northern Scotland. A widespread fros.
