A showery day for western areas; drier but still cloudy in the east. The best of any brightness is likely to develop over northeastern parts of England and Scotland. High temperatures at 8 to 13C.
Saturday 06/04/19 An easterly airflow develops on Saturday. It will be a mostly overcast day with some showers for southwest England and south Wales. Some more persistent rain could affect northeastern parts of Scotland throughout the day. Staying dry for northern and eastern England, southern Scotland, north Wales and Northern Ireland. Highs at 7 to 14C.
Sunday 07/04/19 The easterly airflow seems set to continue through Sunday. A band of scattered showers with move southwestward through southern Scotland, England and Wales and into eastern parts of Ireland. Behind this, to the east, follows a mostly dry and bright afternoon. High temperatures at 8 to 13C.
Monday 08/04/19 An area of low pressure may affect the UK through Monday. This could bring heavy bursts of rain westward across the north of England, southern Scotland and into Northern Ireland. Showers following for Wales and Scotland. Highs at 6 to 13C.
Tuesday 09/04/19 East to southeasterly winds bring a mixture of cloudy skies, sunny spells and scattered showers on Tuesday. Showers mostly affecting western areas; the best of the brightness in the east. High temperatures at 9 to 14C. Wednesday 10/04/19 Easterly winds continue through Wednesday which should be a dry day on the whole. A mixture of sunny spells and cloudy skies for most with a chance of a spot of rain in the southwest. High temperatures at 8 to 13C.
