Morning Call: Sunny spells, mostly dry - Dry overnight, May 24 - 05:44

Mixed with cloud and some patchy rain or drizzle, brighter in the east Good morning, Plenty of sunshine this morning over much of England, Wales and Scotland. Some broken cloud will be developing later this morning, bringing some isolated shower over the hills of Wales by lunchtime. More cloud in northern and western Scotland as well as Ireland where there will be a few showers.

This afternoon stays dry and fair for many with good spells of sunshine. Isolated showers again in Wales and southern England as well as eastern Ireland. Northern Scotland is likely to have more cloud with some patchy rain.

Clear spells overnight and generally dry, although some cloud in northeast Scotland allowing for some drizzle on northern facing coasts.
