Sunshine and showers, some thunderstorms Good morning, Cloud and some showery bursts of rain through Northern Ireland, northern England, the Midlands and into southeast England this morning. The rain should only be light. Sunshine to the south of this area, with more sunshine in the far north of Scotland.
Showers may develop more widely into this afternoon, extending from Scotland, through northern England and into central and southern England. Some heavy showers and perhaps thunderstorms forming in Ireland. Feeling warm in the sunshine and out of the wind.
Showery bursts of rain in northern areas tonight, but drier elsewhere with the cloud breaking.
