Very murky west and northwest Good morning, A damp westerly pattern exists across the British Isles today as a warm front passes slowly eastwards. Extensive cloud cover for most of the country, with best of any breaks toward the east and south during the day. Southern counties will stay largely dry.
Toward the north and west, drizzly rain will be frequent, especially around western coasts and hills across northern Britain, where fog will form to practically sea level. Today's top temperatures will nudge up to 20C in the southeast, but nearer 15 to 18C for many, and cooler in the murkier northwest. Have a great day. Garry
