Morning Call: Mostly dry & fine - Rain northwest later, Jul 12 - 05:44

Mostly dry and fine with high pressure in charge. Fronts bring outbreaks of rain into northwestern areas. Good Morning,

Sunday starts dry and fine for much of the UK and Ireland. Cloudier to the west with cloud building over Ireland through the morning and outbreaks of rain developing here by lunchtime. Odd showers affect western parts of Scotland too and the Northern Isles.

Staying dry and fine across England, Wales, eastern Scotland and southeast Ireland through Sunday afternoon while cloud thickens further northwest. Rain spreads in northwest Ireland, Northern Ireland and the west of Scotland later as southwesterly winds strengthen here.

Rain eases to showers over western Ireland and Northern Ireland through Sunday evening but persists over parts of western and northern Scotland. Staying dry for much of England and Wales though northwestern areas may see the odd spot of rain developing.
