Morning Call: Wet in Ireland - Mostly dry elsewhere, Jul 24 - 05:44

Fair for many with some bright or sunny spells in the east, rain in Ireland later A fine morning in the east with plenty of sunshine. Western and northern areas tending to have more cloud, although there will be some isolated showers developing over parts of southern Wales and southern England by late morning. Rain will be arriving in western Ireland, with some low cloud and fog on the coasts. This afternoon stays fair for most with some bright or sunny spells, the best in the east. Cloud thickens in the west with rain through Ireland, some of it heavy as the afternoon progresses. Isolated showers in southern and eastern parts of England but for most it should be dry. Tonight is damp and misty in the west and north. Outbreaks of rain in northern England and western Scotland. Bits of drizzle and rain across Ireland. Mostly dry but rather cloudy in southeast England.
