Morning Call: Hot - Some showers, Aug 09 - 05:44

Feeling hot again in the south and southeast. Some showers over England. Largely dry elsewhere. A largely dry morning across the UK and Ireland with sunny spells although eastern parts of England could see some low lying cloud first thing with some showers about with these showers affect more central regions during the morning. The afternoon will see showery rain develop across parts of central and southern England, heavy and possibly thundery, as well as across East Anglia and the far southeast. Elsewhere across the UK it should remain dry with sunny spells. Possible isolated showers developing over Ireland but mostly dry here too. Hot once again over southern England. Overnight, showery outbreaks of rain becoming widespread across Wales aswell as across northern and central England. The far southeast of England and southwest look to remain dry. Clear spells and largely dry conditions for much of Scotland with exception to showery rain spreading into southern regions later on in the night. Mostly dry across Ireland and Northern Ireland but with largely cloudy skies. Humid in the south.
