Dry with sunny spells, the best in the west, still warm south but cooler elsewhere Most cloud this morning is going to be through eastern and central Scotland as well as eastern England. There could be an odd spot of drizzle on the coasts too. For the west cloud will be more broken with some bright or sunny spells coming through. Tending to be dry in the west too. This afternoon is cooler than recently over northern England and Scotland as well as Northern Ireland. Remaining cloudier on eastern coasts and hills, the best sunshine in western areas. A scattering of showers over central and southern Ireland. A brisk east wind developing in England and Wales. Clearer skies tonight and staying dry for most areas. Rather breezy in the far south of England.
