It's a mostly dry and fine day for the UK and Ireland as high pressure stays close by. Cloudier over northwestern and western areas with a slight risk of a light shower developing here at times. An easterly breeze over England keeps temperatures cool on the coast and brings the risk of some low cloud forming here too. Good Morning,
A chilly start to the day on Thursday for northern parts of England and Wales as well as eastern and southern Scotland but bright here too with good spells of early sunshine. Cloudier to the north and west as well as for southwestern parts of England and Wales but this tends to clear as the morning goes on.
Staying dry and sunny for most as we go into Thursday afternoon. Always staying cloudier to the far northwest and over parts of Ireland with a slight chance of some drizzly spots of rain developing here at times. There is also a chance of some low cloud rolling in to North Sea coastal regions of England as well through the afternoon where it will feel cool in the easterly breeze.
It stays dry with good spells of evening sunshine for most into the evening. Always cloudier to the far northwest with a risk of light showers here and the risk of cloud over eastern coasts of England remains.
Have a good day!
Claire
