Early showers and outbreaks of rain affecting England and Wales in particular through this morning. These tend to fade through this afternoon leaving a mostly dry end to the day across the British Isles. Good Morning,
A weak front brings patchy outbreaks of rain over northern and western parts of England and parts of Wales as we go through this morning. Isolated showers affects parts of Northern Ireland, southern Scotland and central and eastern Ireland. Staying mostly dry with some bright spells over central and southern England and the northern half of Scotland.
Through Sunday afternoon, rain and showers tend to fizzle out. There will be variable amounts of cloud around with some areas seeing some good spells of sunshine develop at times. The best of these over central and eastern areas.
Showers continue to fade into Sunday evening and it will be a dry end to the day for most. Cloud starts to thicken over Ireland and western parts of the UK as an area of low pressure approaches from the Atlantic.
Have a good day!
Claire
