Most other areas stay dry with broken cloud and sunny spells, the best of them in the east. Temperaures into the mid-20's across southeast England, widely 22C with very warm weather in southern Ireland and eastern England. The rain slips south through the rest of Scotland and north and west of Ireland on Tuesday. Drier in the east and south with clearer spells.
