Morning Call: Dry south & east - Rain west & north, Feb 19 - 04:44

Blustery winds, slightly milder Good morning, It's another chilly start, with frost and icy patches. Early sunshine will weaken as clouds thicken from the west as fronts move in. Rain affects Ireland and western Scotland this morning, which will be persistent over several hours, spreading increasingly to western England and Wales into the afternoon, heaviest over hills in the north-west.

Central & south-eastern England will stay dry until evening, when patchy rain will spread from the west. South-westerly winds will freshen through the day. It will be slightly milder than recent days, highs 7 to 9C for most. Have a great day. Garry
