Morning Call: Cool, bright - Isolated showers, Aug 29 - 05:44

Outbreaks of rain and showers affect eastern parts of England on Saturday with just isolated showers developing elsewhere. On the whole, it will be a mostly dry and bright day with the best of the sun over western areas. Feeling chilly in a northerly wind, especially for eastern coastal areas. Good Morning,

A cool and bright start to the day for much of the UK and Ireland. The best of the sun to the west, cloudier to the east. Lingering showers and outbreaks of rain may continue to affect eastern coastal region of England throughout the morning while isolated showers may develop just about anywhere. These mostly light in nature.

Cloud becomes more widespread through the afternoon though there will still be some spells of sunshine around. Showers become less frequent though eastern parts of England may hold on to showers or spells of light rain for longer. Breezy too for eastern coasts of England and feeling decidely chilly here.

Rain and showers tend to clear to the southeast through the evening to leave a mostly dry end to the day across the British Isles. The best of the sun over northern and western portions of the UK.

Have a good day!

Claire
