Unsettled Mediterranean, few showers to north Tuesday A warmer day to come across Italy, Greece and western Turkey but staying quite chilly elsewhere. A number of showers to come across Portugal and Spain. Much of England, Belgium, Holland and France should be fine and dry with sunny spells. An area of rain, some of it heavy will affect an area from Romania into Serbia, Italy and the western Mediterranean. Lots of showers, some heavy are forecast for Germany, Poland and western parts of the Ukraine. Outbreaks of snow are expected across Russia, the Baltic States, Finland and across northern parts of Sweden and Sweden where it looks quite heavy. A fine, dry day to come across Greece, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Wednesday Showers in northern Spain today. Drier to the south with some sunny spells here. Heavy showers across the Balearics. Low pressure it Italy will be bringing strong winds and rain, heaviest in the south. Rain in western Greece and windy here too. Sunny spells and dry for Turkey. Cool with sunny spells and dry in France. The Low Countries and Germany will be cool with a mix of sunny spells and scattered showers. Further scattered showers across Poland. Hungary and Austria as well as Switzerland. Denmark brings sunny spells and scattered showers. These continue through the Baltic States with a few in Finland too. Sweden will be dry with sunny spells overall, whilst the south of Norway is dry and bright too. Showers or rain to the north.
